BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN DESIGN AND EXECUTION.
On a tree lined cul-de-sac in a rapidly up and coming community, you’ll find our latest project. Three subdivided lots set the stage for a series of exquisitely designed duplexes. Each of the six units consist of three levels including a full legal basement suite as a mortgage helper. Employing the latest research on interior design trends, these homes are all about maximizing livability with thoughtfully articulated floor plans and energy efficient designs.
Taking the lead with the municipality to ensure all requirements were signed off ahead of time, and working in tandem with the architects, we were able to identify and mitigate many critical (and costly) details that often get overlooked in the excitement of a new home build. By combining our extensive building experience with the architect’s design process, we were able to streamline the project as we merged creativity with practicality in the most efficient way possible.
